Vestige Noni

Morinda citrifolia or Noni is a tropical fruit found primarily in the South Pacific. About the size of a potato, Noni can vary in colour from white to yellow to green. Tahitians have used Noni for centuries because of its health benefits. Noni contains Xeronine, which is found in the healthy cells of micro-organisms, plants, animals and humans. Xeronine is vital for the proper functioning of all body cells and enlarges the pores in the walls of human cells to enable nutrients to enter the cells easily for increased absorption.

মরিন্ডা সিট্রিফোলিয়া বা নোনি মূলত দক্ষিণ প্রশান্ত মহাসাগরীয় অঞ্চলে পাওয়া একটি গ্রীষ্মমন্ডলীয় ফল। আলুর আকারের প্রায়, নোনির রঙ সাদা থেকে হলুদ থেকে সবুজ পর্যন্ত পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে। স্বাস্থ্যগত সুবিধার কারণে তাহিতিয়ানরা শতাব্দী ধরে নোনি ব্যবহার করে আসছে। নোনিতে জেরোনিন থাকে, যা অণুজীব, উদ্ভিদ, প্রাণী এবং মানুষের সুস্থ কোষে পাওয়া যায়। জেরোনিন শরীরের সমস্ত কোষের সঠিক কার্যকারিতার জন্য অত্যাবশ্যক এবং মানব কোষের দেয়ালের ছিদ্রগুলিকে বড় করে তোলে যাতে পুষ্টি সহজেই কোষে প্রবেশ করতে পারে এবং শোষণ বৃদ্ধি পায়।
